By downloading, accessing, or using AiSignal PRO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and cease all use of our services.

This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you ("User") and AiSignal PRO Systems ("Company," "we," "us").

2. High Risk Warning

Trading financial instruments (Forex, Binary Options, Crypto, CFDs) involves a SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS and is not suitable for every investor. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

4. AI Node Architecture

Our signals are generated by algorithmic analysis ("AI"). While we strive for accuracy, algorithms are subject to latency, data feed errors, and market anomalies. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reliance on the AI output is at your own risk.

5. Payments & Protocol

Billing: Premium features may require a subscription. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of real-time data, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Access Restriction Protocols:

• Resell, redistribute, or leak neural signals.
• Use service for illegal market manipulation.
• Reverse-engineer or hack AI algorithms.
• Use automated bots to scrape node data.

Violation results in immediate terminal disconnect.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISIGNAL PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Affiliate Networks

The App may contain links to third-party websites or brokers ("Partners"). Some links may be affiliate links where we earn a commission. This does not affect the cost to you.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new protocol.
